What is taking place when its happening? Does it start and stop? Try to narrow it down to what plugin using NpcSpawn is causing it and go that route. Might need to unnload NpcSpawn related plugins one at a time until it stops to narrow down where it's coming from then sort the rest out.

Does it happen at any particular time during the event or throughout the event running?

This error is cutoff, and it is also different. The error occurring above is 'OnEntityKill' your error is 'OnCorpsePopulate' which means this is a different issue.

This is happening every time they are shot at or when they are killed?
