Error in HookEx.cs

From July to August this year, I've been running Carbon and have had No Problems with my Plugins.
As of Sept 5th Rust Update, I've been getting an Error Message that Reads:

This has not Occurred before the Sept Wipe.

Can I get some help with this Error, Plz. I'm using Carbon on My Server.
