Public Refinery, bbq, fire pits not working

Hi,

As the title shows, all deplayabled that a player places are working but public Refinery, bbq and fire pits are still the same rate
Can this be fixed ?

   To fix refiners at monuments add from line 75
    },
    "small_refinery_static": {
      "Multiplier": 10,
      "Charcoal": 10
    }

I believe you can do similar with bbq.static and so on.
