What exactly is a mess ? The NPCs ? 

Those can be deleted if that’s what you mean , map design and layout is clearly stated in description and in the pictures shown of the map .

You’ve already downloaded and used the map so you can’t have a refund for something you downloaded and used , if the NPCs are the issue will be deleted this afternoon before wipe as it was not a issue before.
