Extremly weird Error with Scientist loot

In the raidable bases I set it to have some sleepers, this sleepers always have the same loadout and if you are a player and you are raiding you can loot this gun (ak)

The weird thing here, that everyone in the server (we are not that many) are reporting that this gun, can only be used one day (Probably related with the restart of the server every day) 

After the day pass, when they try to use the gun, the game is kicking them with a Time Out. SO now everyone knows that they can only use it for one day, but it is weird

I'm trying to fix this issue not allowing loot the scientis when they are sleeping but it is not working, even if I set weakable to false, they still don't react so easily so other player can still loot their guns
