Not ATM after restart

HI, i have this problem, everytime I restart the server or reload the plugin the VendingMachine i set as an ATM return as a normal vending machine. Am i doing something wrong? I can't figure out whats going on.

when using with monument addons 

  1.  /maspawn vendingmachine.deployed to spawn vending machine at monument
  2.  /maskin 3042408530 to change vending machine skin


Skin id of vending machine has to match with what you have in config file.

so how do i remove an existing atm that i added?, plus the skin did match and it still bugged after restarts..
