unable to add anything new

Please may I have some help, I'm trying to add new items to the shop but nothing is working. I have input everything correctly the image shows up i then click save and it deletes everything. it leaves the listing active but when i click back on the item everything is deleted

this is now complete, it seems a simple log worked it out.

also i want to add the sale of minicopters to the shop. ive previously played a server that spawns one when you purchase from the shop. how do i do this please

Changed Status from Pending to No Response
