Can it be removed that the npc heal or what weapons do they use? And if so, how is it done? thank you so much.

Hi,
The npcs will only heal if you've put medical syringes in their kit belt so, to stop them healing, just remove those.
The weapons they use is set up the same way - Just put whatever you want them to use in the kit belt for that profile of npcs.
