some issue with the items dropped from TC

I just bought a bundle from other pre-made base author and getting these 2 issues:
1 is dropping too much amount of the items, for example, I set 1000~5000 HQM and it dropped 20000.
2 is dropping the items not even write in loot tables, for example, I did not set stone in hard loot table but it dropped from hard base TC
only the TC get the issue.

is this a issue from plugin or pre-made base?
I am confusing is the loot table can control by copypaste base?

that is an issue with those bases. they have items in them already. raid base plugin will not spawn an item that isn't configured. but CopyPaste will spawn it if its in the copypaste file.
