default group unable to use

Purchased recently and uploaded to my server. It works for myself as I have admin privileges, but the default group is able to /redeemrecycler but it places the box in the inventory, doesn't change to the recycler skin, and when placed, it stays a box. I've include my json file for you.

What permissions does the default group have?

I've allowed the default group the .use permission. Some players are able to place and use, some are not... I've checked to make sure all players were in the default group. 

Sounds like you have another plugin on your server that is conflicting with this one.

Unload all plugins except PersonalRecycler and try again, if it works fine, then load plugins in batches and test until it stops working, then identify what plugin may be causing the issue.
