Don't show damage

hello ...

when i shot i can see damage on players and NPC's ..

but my players don't see that damage... why? 

with or without permission not don't work for players just for me 

it wasn't intended for other players to see your damage but it's something what I can add later on at least for team members.

 i'm not good understanding inglish so i buy that thinking that is other thing haha... now i have that one
