High external walls outside of tc range not decaying

Hey, I'm trying to set up the config to work for what I want. I have tested and with my config foundations and boats are decaying outside of tc range but not high walls even though I have "highstonewall" set to 1.0.

I want bases, boats, helis, horses, etc within players tc range to not decay. And any of these outside of tc range to decay as normal.

Any idea what might be causing the issue?

I am having deja-vu, but I believe I discovered before that these are not included in the normal decay loop as far as I can tell.  i'll need to watch debug a bit longer.

I know that they are a SimpleBuildingBlock now, not a BuildingBlock.  But, I do see other SimpleBuildingBlocks decaying.

Ah okay thx well yeah idk, maybe I can't achieve my goals with this no-decay plugin hmm idk. I think i should be able to makie heli, horses etc decay when not in tc range right as they do in vanilla rust? Or is this plugin only yes decay or no decay rather than selecting yes/no decay if in tc? Im kinda confused haha.

BTW I have another issue that my players told me but I'm not sure how to fix: TC needs recourses so that bases passively repair when damaged (this happens in vanilla rust), but with this plugin if mats are put in tc then the base decays? So im confused how to fix that.

I know you said this below but not sure if possible to have bases repair still? I can imagine it would be a pain in the butt after taking heli to manually have to repair walls.
"The warning from Rust about Building Decaying should be blocked at all times.  If a player adds materials to his TC, NoDecay will be bypassed altogether for their building, and normal upkeep costs will apply.  There are server variables available to adjust cost and decay rates, but that is outside of the scope of what NoDecay is intended to do and may also affect its operation."

It's an interesting problem for sure.  With mats, the plugin does not get called at all.  It might be good for another plugin that can handle the repair issue somehow.  One day, we will all live in "Harmony" to help with these cases.
