I am using the custom configuration because my map don't have an air field.

How do I fix that ?

I tried with "Forcibly immobilize an NPC" True and False.

The error happens with both values.

Try to set "Use custom navmesh" - True

I changed "Forcibly immobilize an NPC" to false, now they're able to walk.

But at first they spawn floating in the air and start to walk normally when a player is spotted.

I would love for them to spawn at the ground.

You have to choose a flat place for the plane to land, then the NPCs will spawn on the ground
