The plugin is broken

Once I press /graffiti I the mouse stop responding in the gaming . like I cant have character movements using the mouse. 

question , where I can get the Steam workshop uploader?

It is very strange that this is how the plugin does not work for you, I will check if something is broken. Although usually if the plugin breaks after the update, then with an error in the console. You can download the Steam uploader from the link below the YouTube tutorial. 

I checked the plugin. It works fine
