Scientists Not giving RP

Hi there, The plugin is not giving me RP for killing Scientists,scarecrows and murders anymore.
It does give me RP for everything else, like killing animals, chopping trees etc etc.

my settings are "scientist": 15, "scarecrow": 10, "murderer": 10,

"KillReward_Enabled": "true",

Shoot me your entire configuration so I can test this please.

this one needs to be set to true too:

    "NPCReward_Enabled": "true",

Is it set to true?

Yes it is, I have "NPCReward_Enabled": "true",
