Please allow importing via collection ID. 

Skinbox has this feature it but skinner doesn't you could solve this problem lol

I am not sure if skinner has a command for it but looks like you can add it in their config "Import Skin collections (steam workshop ID)".

Adding collections is in mind to include in the next update anyway, would be pretty useful.
