This happens if your server crash or plugins are unloade wrong. Will be fixed in next update.

Another issue... sometimes when players look at the NPC and press E a Water Purifier UI opens: 20221222115128_1.jpg

 

Moving around and looking at it from a different angles gets it to work, but I've had numerous players tell me about this.
