Like Title says, maybe a feature to where players that dont have the kit perm, they wont be able to see it in /kits

You need to set the kit permission 

"Permission": "kits.vip"

I have it set to allow players to see kits they don't have access too so they can see vip kits and check them out before buying. I would like to have some hidden completely but still useable with a permission. (i didnt even look and posted this in the wrong line of posts, but the question remains).

Possibly a config option to "hide kit"

You can hide it with "Hide" in the Kit data (oxide/data/Kits/Kits.json)

I tried this but when enabling "hide" It no longer shows on the shop which is good but it says "this kit does not exist" when using the command

That way you can use it as an autokit. Or do you want to be able to get this kit, but with a command?
