Hey! I'm getting an error with the plug-in not loading. 

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

The plug-in also doesn't seem to load after a server restart.

Hmm that is a weird one...

Maybe try and delete the config and see if that fixes the issue.

I need more info for errors to be able to help.

I tired deleting the config and still the plug-in does not load after server restart. It works fine if I reinstall the .cs file but I have to do this every day after my nightly restart. Sorry all the information I've listed is what I'm seeing. It's only outputting "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."
