NPC dies getting out of cars and minicopters

I'm getting a lot of reports of the pnpc dying after dismounting a vehicle. Does the npc take collision damage from vehicles? I'm guessing players are getting off too fast and the vehicle is still moving?

i have tested it now on minicopter and on vehicles - everything is working correctly
