I have the problem, no matter how I change the config. Buildings that are in the construction zone but are not connected to the TC decay. But I also want buildings that are in the zone but not connected to the TC not to decay

Was just looking at the code around this and it appears that all I ever do is log a zone location if present.  So, no different action based on zone.  This would need to be added and then respect the zone flags for decay.

I only mean the TC Range, no special ZoneManger Zone.

In that case saying construction zone was confusing since that would be where all buildings are generally placed anyway.  Having requireCupboard = false should ignore whether or not there is an attached cupboard.

This is what i mean. The Tc is in Range but the foundation is Decaying. What setting i have to Change that its not decay when its in in Range, but Buildings without Tc should still decay. 

requireCupboard = false then all Buildings dont Decay not only the Buildings with Tc

As long as the foundations are actually attached to the structure where the TC exists, there should be no problem as long as the player shows that they have building privilege in that area.  If the building is huge, they may need additional TCs.  At least I think this is still a thing.  If the building is not huge but has several adjacent but disconnected structures, you could try enabling useCupboardRange to go back to the OLD way of measuring the distance to the TC instead of building privilege.  This uses cupboardRange to set how far away from the TC to have impact.  It sounds like another plugin or dll or custom map setting might also be interfering, because this is not a typical problem.

It still dont Work for me, when the Buliding is splitt in two different parts with only 1 TC .

When the TC is attached to the Building no problem No Decay, but if you have, for example, a horse stable that is not directly connected to the TC building but is within range of the TC, the stable will still decompose but not the main building even if I useCupboardRange.

I dont get any error Message in the Console.

I added a secondary check into 1.0.80 to cover this case where there is a nearby building in cupboard range but without a tool cupboard.  In that case, cupboardRange will be used.  You can and should go ahead and set useCupboardRange to false, as that only applies to entities - they should still be covered.
