Bradley cannot be created at the lunch site

My server uses AutomatedEvents(ver 1.0.11) and ArmoredTrain(ver 1.1.3) plugin together.
When ArmoredTrain is sponsored first, Bradley cannot be created at the lunch site.
When you exit ArmoredTrain, Bradley is created normally at the lunch site location.
1.1.4 version has a lot of spam, so I'm using 1.1.3 version.
Please check it quickly.

What kind of spam do you have in version 1.1.4?

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

You have some kind of plugin that limits the number of bradleys on the server. ArmoredTrain does not affect this
