I like this idea but I would want it so a player could create a Casino and collect the winnings from participants.  Is it possible to have it linked to a chest that the host fills with goods that players can win based on which number it lands on?  

Can set minimum/maxium bet for each number to corresponds to loot in a chest.  Dunno something like that would be really cool.. I'd pay money... But not $25... I Think you are asking way to much for this.
