The plugin does not work at all

I uploaded the dll on both of my servers. But neither works and also when i put in the dll or the .cs files.

It says compiler version error something. Couldn't get a screenshot because i needed to run the server asap

what might be the problem

when i install the dll file and then instal the core.cs and the master.cs the console goes crazy

And one more do i have to install the dll on both servers?

In brief. After I shut downed the server I've put dll file inside managed folder, then put both master and core file in plugins folder.  Then when I start to boot up the server I was stuck on Success! So I checked the file as the picture i sent you. The Server won't boot up.

So I head back and removed all the plugins and only install the dll. I started up fine until i added the master.cs file and the core.cs file. The server console became crazye and spamming errors. I couldn't get what it said but i'll give you precise error in couple of days

You have to install the core and then the master/slave

if you install both at the same time it bugs out
 

I got everything done but why does this keep spamming?
