Config Error

I have tried to update to the latest version but keep getting the error below.  Seems to happen when I try to have a tank automatically spawn.  This config worked in 1.1.2 but now it does not.  The error is;

The part of the config that worked before but now gives this error is

"Tank Routes - Spawns Per Maps": {
    "default": [
      "impossible"

      "Tank Route - Road IDs (Random, if more than one)": ["46"]

Can you please let me know what is wrong with this config that produces the above error? Entire config is attached.

Hey! There was a note in 1 changelog.

and the value in the list shouldnt be in "" because it is not an string. it is number
