The following warning will appear, but the following setting in PlayerRanks is set to true:
"AddTitleHoldersToGroup": true,

PlayerRanks integration: no permission groups found for title categories. Make sure 'AddTitleHoldersToGroup' is set to true in PlayerRanks config.

This warning is expected behavior on a fresh wipe or when no player has earned a #1 title yet.

Even though AddTitleHoldersToGroup is set to true in your PlayerRanks config, PlayerRanks only creates the permission groups (PVPKills, PVPDistance, etc.) at the moment it actually assigns a title holder to that group. Until at least one player earns a top spot in a category, the corresponding permission group simply doesn't exist yet.
