Im aware that /orerush starthere sometimes will not validate the terrain and not run 

Can you enable debug and send me the debug output for when you try to run the command

I think the problem was the 250 points near monuments. Because the maps are small, they run out of spawns.

Yeah you can always just Reduce the number or tweek the Validator :). 

but just so we are clear here, its not a issue or bug its just due to the small map and the Validator correct :)?

Yes! It's true I had to figure it out because there was no message saying it wasn't appearing because the map was too small, just in case you want to keep that in mind for future updates! Otherwise, everything is fine! Great plugin!
