Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't the Road Scientist loot added? There are only Monument Scientists.

Deep Sea Scientist's default loot is missing

The road scientist is called junk pile scientist in the plugin.

The deep sea scientist loot is missing because the loot system works differently for the new scientists and the plugin does not support it yet
