Hey Steen ❤️

love your Update... Bows... Flamethrower... awesome!

Tryd the Faction thing.

1 Profile got "Faction 1" "Subfaction 0"
1 Profile got "Faction 1 "Subfaction 1"

Under Behoiver i set "Target_Other_NPCs" to "Attack"

but they are walking next to each other. Something i'm missing? 🙂

Hi,
If npcs are in the same faction they won't attack each other.

Try
Profile 1 "Faction 1" "Subfaction 0"
Profile 2 : "Faction 2 "Subfaction 0"

Subfaction is there for slightly more complex relationships, but not needed for simply making two profiles fight each other.

Target_Other_NPCs is there to cover any npcs which aren't covered by the other options, such as npcs from other plugins.

Hey Steen,

still the same issiue with your changes. (every NPC in another faction.

Ill send you the ""Behaviour"" tab as Screenshot.
Still not attacking eachother 😕

Hi,
Looks like I've made a mistake so I'll do a patch update soon.
For now setting both faction and subfaction to the same thing will 'fix' it, but doing so wont be necessary after the patch update.

Not to rush, but is there an idea on how long until this issue is fixed?

This is an old issue, fixed in V1.0.9 last April.

I'm attempting to get factions of bots to attack each other. I can spawn both factions or subfactions next to each other without them attacking each other. Would you rather I open up a new issue, or continue conversation with this old thread?

It's OK. Don't worry about it.

Have you got the global option "Ignore_Factions" set to true by mistake?

"Ignore_Factions" is set to False.

I actually just got it. I have two custom profiles that spawn in the center of the map.
Custom Spawn #1 named: "MapCenter"
Custom Spawn #2 named: "MapCenter2"

I had:
MapCenter custom spawn Faction: 0, SubFaction: 0
MapCenter2 custom spawn Faction: 1, SubFaction: 0

When I switch them to:
MapCenter custom spawn Faction: 2, SubFaction: 0
MapCenter2 custom spawn Faction: 1, SubFaction: 0

Zero didn't seem to count as a Faction option. They started attaching each other! Thank you for helping!

Ah yes, sorry. That's correct ^.
Faction and Subfaction of 0 means the profile will not attack any other, or be attacked by any other.
Any value higher than 0 is taken as an identifier to determine who the profile should be allies with / enemies of.
