RNPCs dieng of suicide

im watching console and as soon as server starts the npcs are dying from suicide..ive checked the setting and they are default..im using spawns database and have them spawn close to road loot so there is stuff for them to collect..why are they suiciding? this is back to back in console: Joanna[299014400] was killed by Suicide at (806.65, 38.55, 140.14)

it's okay, they can suicide if they're stuck somewhere, or couldn't find a place for stash and etc
