Hello, I am trying to install a new server on a Windows 11 PC with Rust Server Tool 1.7.2.

The installer stops with an API error, and Oxide will not install for the same reason.

I turned off Windows Defender and it did not resolve the issue.  I tried allowing the app through the firewall and this did not help, either.

Is there something I can do to avoid this API error?
