Downloaded map and server will not start world file outdated

Rust server keeps saying that the world file is outdated, will not start server, am i missing something? or is there something wrong with the map ?

there can be many reasons. mostly there are some plugins that don't work together. I had already seen that it could be due to dropbox. please check your settings.
