(new canons now)
Gave it a permission , set to true even, 

when doind /scanons spawn , nothign happens, no error in console or anything. They just dont spawn when using the command.

I couldn't replicate the issue.

Can you give me more details?
like does  the tugboats not spawn with cannons or whats the issue?
