Help to give items from a plugin command ?

I want this to work with the talking Npc, but as i wrote now it just take the scrap and give nothing.

"Player Commands": ["talking_npc inventory.giveto $userID ganja.give joint high_quality 1 $npcName"],

in recon how would you type the command to give joint to them?

ganja.give joint high_quality 1 playername

in servercommnd put "ganja.give joint high_quality 1 $displayName"
