Erorr While Compiling

Heyo Leroy. Recently picked up this Plugin to handle the Decay on Trains, and other Vehicles to pair with Train Bases, and I've ran into a Compiler error.

While I'm here, is there a possibility to update this to include the new Naval Content? Super appreciate it if that's possible, the new Boats decay way too fast making them heavy resource sinks lol. -- Appreciate the work you do.

Absolutely! I'm about to head out but i'll work on this when I get back. For now i sent you a version that fixes this error however removes the ability to adjust max velocity for Tugboats and Parachutes. I'll also look into adding the new boats but this will probably be a seperate update.
