not lang change

I'm from South Korea
I moved it from the lang/en file to the Ko file and translated it, but it does not change

and my server console <Failed to call hook "OnEntitytakeDamage' on plugin 'SkillRate v1.0.42>
I get an error like this The only thing I changed is the lang file

no need to delete json file from /oxide/lang/en folder
copy it to your folder and then translate
