How do I set up the plugin to lock the raid to the owner / team of the raid so random players/teams are unable to enter?

heya, that's default behavior already

config: 

      "Bypass Lock Treasure To First Attacker For PVE Bases": false,
      "Bypass Lock Treasure To First Attacker For PVP Bases": true,
      "Lock Treasure To First Attacker": true,
      "Lock Raid To Buyer And Friends": true,

profiles (oxide/data/RaidableBases/Profiles/) 

  "Eject Enemies From Purchased PVE Raids": true,
  "Eject Enemies From Purchased PVP Raids": false,
  "Eject Enemies From Locked PVE Raids": true,
  "Eject Enemies From Locked PVP Raids": false,

noclip, vanish and canbypass permission will bypass.

players shouldn't be given permissions other than optional raidablebases.buyraid or raidablebases.despawn.buyraid
