NPC issues

I followed your update instructions to the letter. However, I waited 3 hours for the updater to magically delete iteself; it never happened. That was my only variation.

All my npcs associated with your plugins are now spawning in naked. They weren't before. 

Do I have to actually rewrite my configs to include clothing/equpment again? I spent hours doing all that once and would NOT like to have to do that again, and frankly, probably won't. I'll just dump the events/etc. I previously handled NPC clothing, etc, through BetterNPC itself. Is this no longer an option? Do I have to change literally everything?

Hello, the main thing is not to panic. Do you have a backup of your settings before the update? Can you add me to the discord? @shrpndfcsd, as a rule, everything goes faster there, I think we are both interested in this However, if you update correctly, all your settings will be saved.

I actually have 2 jobs and don't have time to deal with any of this until tomorrow. I'll try reloading settings in the pre ujpdate save and running the updater in the morning. If this doesn't work I'll come back to here and add you to my discord assuming that's what you mean.
