The weapon breaks after repair

a very old bug is very much spoiling the game. It may be related to the skilltree plugin. In short, if you broke a weapon in a raid, then you fix that weapon, fire a shot, and the cannon dies at 0 quality.

no one can repair with it enabled, that's how it should work. it's going to put the condition right back to what it was before you repaired it.
