Wont initialize / red error in console

Hey

Sorry to bother you, been looking forward to getting this installed on my servers... however when I copied it into our plugins folder on my dev server it shows in console as initializing before erroring and the /bp command cannot be found when typed in chat.

This is the english version. If im being an idiot please let me know.
If not how can I fix this please?
