Raid Time Being Circumvented.

I’ve found a problem where players are using drones to get around the Raid Time Manager. On my server, players are allowed to modify their own base during No‑Raid time. Because of this, a player can fly a drone into their base area, and if they have SAM sites, they can make the SAM sites shoot at each other and accidentally destroy each other.

I think this happens because the system allows players to change their own base during the No‑Raid period. I don’t want to disable this feature, because many players use the No‑Raid time to build and improve their base.

Is there any way to stop this behaviour (other than asking players to change their SAM site engagement settings)?
