Issue with surrender / console kill still reducing score

Hello,

I’ve noticed an issue with the surrender (suicide) configuration in the plugin.

In the config, I have set it so that using surrender / suicide via console (F1 → kill) should have no effect. However, when a player uses the console kill command, it still removes -1 from their score/statistics.

According to the configuration, nothing should happen in this case, but the penalty is still being applied.

and it shouldn't be like this that when it's 60 it changes to 1.0 ?
