Stats counted on item drop & pickup + profile access restriction

Hello, I have a small problem with the plugin, which is more related to the plugin itself. When a player digs up a stack of wood, drops it on the ground, and picks it up, it is counted in the statistics. It would be possible to add an option in the config with the following content: players can see their own stats progress, but cannot access anyone else's profile.

I will make a fix so that wood is not counted when it is picked up, and I will also add the option to disable viewing

The wood was just for example. All items that can be picked up are counted this way.
