/respawnsites via chat and respawnsites via console do not work

yes i have restarted the server, they only spawn when you do the /givesite command

This could only happen if auto-spawn is disabled in the config. Please send me your config

i read your comment and went through the plugin and fixed the mistake, they now spawn when the command is put in
