After dying and respawning, headlights cannot be turned on for a while.

The setting is set to "Always".

I know this is a very old ticket but I got busy in December and just realized it wasn't handled.

I have a question by cannot be turned on do you mean it's equipped and can't be turned on? or not equipped at all when you respawn?
