this is not a very descriptive error, could be anything. was this the result of an update? did you have it working before? 

Can you unload the plugin, remove the /welcomecontroller.json from the config and data folders and reload the plugin

also does /welcomeedit work for you, do you have an info panel created and assigned the info command?

So same thing as before , this error came right away. you remove the json and the plugin and it gives this error when you try to upload the file. and you can not use the command /welcomeedit or /info

yes sir 

I see the issue, The api hosting the themes is offline.. I am working on replacing that now
