Server Errors and Items being deleted

I don't know if anyone else is having this issue but every time I load this plugin on my private server and use any item I create and leave that item in my inventory and log out. I can't log back into my server. It keeps saying in my console that I am 'Inactive Player' and the loading screen is frozen. I can't ever rejoin my server unless, I log into another admin account and manually have to killplayer command to be able to respawn and join the server. Then when I join the server all my items are deleted and my bases are half deleted with walls randomly missing and items flying in the air. On other times I am able to join the server and all my items are deleted and my inventory just shows a 'Nomad Hazmat Suit' as my gear, when before logging I was wearing a full set of custom made Legendary Items. This is the only plugin that is causing this problem. I have manually added every other plugin I use and restarted server multiple times and have no errors or issues, just when I load the Item Perks: Legendary Items plugin. I loaded the normal Item Perks plugin and had no issues, it is only the Legendary Items Plugin that crashes the server and deletes entities and items for no reason.  What is a fix to this? I am at the point where I can't even use this plugin on my server because every time I load this plugin it crashes left and right with deleting my bases and custom items. Please help. Thx

I have not heard of a single other server having this issue. 

Did you try deleting the plugin, lang, config, and data files (in that order), and then re-adding the plugin and restarting on a fresh wipe?
