What kind of construction does it do? Where does it get the materials? Do I need to have the base already saved? Thanks

It's kind of same like PersonalBuilder, you need to put resources in PNPC inventory or disable resources requirement in config
It can build any bases saved via CopyPaste if landscape is suitable
