Work with RestoreUponDeath

When recovering a player after death, it does not restore the hammer in slot 7, and if you pick up an item from the ground, it is placed in slot 7

UPD with plugins disabled RestoreUponDeath hammer also disappears from inventory upon death

I was stoked to see that this issue had been resolved, but it looks like some of my players are still experiencing the issue even after the update. I did a clean install of the new version today.

in this video he picks up an LR from the that doesn't go into his inventory, grabs the rest of the loot from his body (including a second LR) and then hits 7 at the 35 second mark.

What's even weirder is that I disabled the additional slot yesterday after being unable to reproduce the issue, and this video was captured today. 

I downloaded the config from my server just now to verify that I had actually pushed the change, and it is disabled.
