The Improvement Process is complete/ but does nothing

Everything was working fine until last week, no changes were made to config since then. But the error is what the title says.

When upgrading to a purchased skin, the prompt in chat says The improvement process is complete. but nothing changes,

Perhaps because some parts of the structure belong to another player?

Good call, I tried that too, switching it from:

"Upgrade only Owner Entity Build": false,
"Upgrade / Downgrade only Owner and Team": true,

and other options too

And it still won't upgrade to that skin? Can you send me screenshots of what isn't changing and what you're clicking on?

Trying to upgrade to Shipping container white. I do have the DLC

But is it already using the container skin? If it is, you don't need to upgrade it; just change the color. That's a separate function accessed by clicking on the color icon.

It's precisely the black icon that isn't loading properly.

No, the base is not shipping container, its sheet metal.

So if it's already in the same tier, meaning metal (default), you don't need to upgrade, you just need to reskin it using the spray can. The spray can changes all builds in that tier to that skin; it's a reskin function, different from upgrading.

Can you try it?

That worked, changing from in game sheetmetal to shipping container costs so i assumed that was an upgrade i suppose
